The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to open and maintain a po188 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. po188 enforces this requirement strictly and reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering an account for your sole personal use.

po188 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility conditions are not met. Any winnings generated on an ineligible account may be voided.

3.1 Registration Process

To register a po188 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a primary payment method registered in your own name. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a Restricted Activity and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

3.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on po188 and may result in immediate account suspension, bet voiding, balance forfeiture, and permanent banning:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on po188 is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though po188 reserves the right to request documentation for unusually large deposits as part of its fraud prevention and compliance obligations.

4.3 Transaction Fees

po188 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment channels. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees independent of po188, for which po188 bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) on a business day are typically processed within the same day for bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally processed in real time. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi), or when KYC verification is outstanding.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the po188 account. po188 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Where a Member has received a Bonus, they may be required to satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the bonus-derived portion of their balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. 6.1 Sportsbook

In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the true market odds resulting from a technical error, po188 reserves the right to void affected bets at the odds that should have been offered. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a return to be paid; rules for void selections within an accumulator are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules. Voor bola (Asian handicap) lines are subject to specific settlement rules and draw-no-bet outcomes where applicable.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and dragon tiger, are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or spin, po188's system will record the state of play at the time of disconnection, and outcomes will be settled based on that recorded state. po188 accepts no liability for internet connectivity issues on the Member's side.

6.3 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) pools on po188 are tied to official draw results from recognized draw operators. Results are published on the platform immediately following each official draw. po188 does not influence or control draw outcomes. Disputes regarding togel results must be raised within 24 hours of draw publication.

6.4 Bandar Q and Sakong

Bandar Q and Sakong card games are governed by their respective published game rules. Players must not collude, share hand information, or use third-party assistance during play. Any evidence of collusion will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings from affected sessions.

• Any tax liability that a Member incurs in their jurisdiction as a result of winnings received from po188.

po188's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their po188 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

po188 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Members during registration, KYC verification, and platform use in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. po188 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between Members and the platform. Member data is stored on secure servers and is never sold to third-party advertising networks. 11.1 Termination by the Member

A Member may close their po188 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing, the Member should withdraw any available balance. Accounts with pending bets cannot be closed until those bets are settled. Upon closure, all bonus credits are forfeited.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by po188

po188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Member has engaged in a Restricted Activity as defined in Section 3.5.
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Member, po188 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the Member via the payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe.

po188 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which po188 holds its operating license.

Any dispute between a Member and po188 that cannot be resolved through our customer support team shall first be referred to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures established by po188's licensing authority. Members are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally and promptly.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
